E-Verify

As a federal contractor, Forum One participates in the federal government’s E-Verify program. E-Verify is used to confirm the employment authorization of newly hired employees through records available to the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.

The E-Verify process is completed in conjunction with a new employee’s Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, after employment begins. E-Verify is not used to pre-screen candidates.
